Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
AI Product Page Optimization ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. By using the Service, you acknowledge this policy.
Personal Information We Collect
- Account information: email, display name, and profile photo when you sign in with Google; email address when you use magic-link sign-in
- Session and identity tokens: a secure session cookie to keep you signed in; a dedicated access token used by the Chrome extension
- Anonymous identifiers: a random user ID generated in the browser or extension before sign-in, merged into your account on first login
- Subscription and billing status: plan tier, subscription status, credit balances, Creem customer ID and subscription ID (we do not store full card numbers)
- Preferences: interface language and similar settings
Product and Task Data You Submit
To provide optimization, product titles, descriptions, bullet points, prices, image URLs, and optimization results you submit via the web app or Chrome extension are stored under your account. Image files may be uploaded to our object storage (Cloudflare R2) for AI processing and result display. You must have the legal right to submit this content and must not include others' personal data unless you are authorized to process it.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate you, maintain your session, and send one-time sign-in links by email
- Run core features: AI copy optimization, image diagnosis, enhancement, and background regeneration
- Store optimization history, deduct credits, and maintain subscription billing state
- Process subscriptions, renewals, and top-up purchases through Creem.io
- Display optimization examples on the Explore page when you choose to publish (your email is not shown)
- Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse
Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal information. To operate the Service, we use the following providers (each subject to its own privacy policy):
- Cloudflare: hosting, D1 database, R2 object storage, email delivery, and Workers AI (fallback for some image processing)
- Google: OAuth sign-in
- Alibaba Cloud DashScope: large language models for copy optimization and Wan image editing/enhancement
- Creem.io: subscription and one-time payments, billing, and customer portal
AI Processing
Product copy and images you submit are sent to the AI providers listed above to generate suggestions or edited images. We transmit only data necessary to complete your task. AI output may be inaccurate—always review before publishing to marketplaces. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want processed by AI vendors.
Storage and Security
Account and task data are stored in Cloudflare D1 (managed SQLite). Product images are stored in Cloudflare R2. We use HTTPS, secure session cookies, and access controls, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We retain task history and billing records while your account is active. You may request account deletion; after deletion, published examples (if any) will be removed promptly, though residual copies in backups may persist for a limited technical retention period.
Public Sharing
You may publish completed optimization tasks to the Explore page. Public content typically includes optimized copy previews and thumbnails, not your email. You can unpublish at any time. Do not publish trade secrets or third-party personal information.
Your Rights
- Access: request a copy of data we hold about you
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate account information
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated task data (except billing records we must retain by law)
- Withdraw consent: stop using the Service and request deletion
- If applicable law in your region grants additional rights (e.g., data portability), contact us using the email below
Cookies and Local Storage
The web app uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in (HTTPS only). We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views and feature usage—no product page content or listing data is sent to analytics. The Chrome extension stores an access token locally to call our API; extension usage events are forwarded through our server to GA4 without exposing secrets. You may clear browser or extension storage, but you may need to sign in again.
Children
The Service is intended for e-commerce sellers with full legal capacity and is not directed to anyone under 16. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. For material changes, we may notify you via the website or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
