Which platforms does the extension support?
Amazon, Shopify (including independent stores), eBay, and Etsy. The extension detects the platform automatically and extracts product data from there.
How do credits work?
Text optimization costs 1 credit per product page. Each AI-enhanced image costs 2 credits. Images marked as "keep" are free. New users get 5 credits on signup.
What happens after I use all my free credits?
Upgrade to a paid plan from the Pricing page. Plans start at $19.9/month with a monthly credit allowance. Unused credits roll over to the next month.
Is my product data secure?
Your data is stored on Cloudflare D1 and R2. We don't share it with third parties. Optimizations are private by default. You decide what to make public.
Can I undo an optimization?
Optimizations don't touch your original product page. The original content is always available on your optimization history page.
The extension isn't working on a product page. What should I do?
Make sure the page is fully loaded and you're on a supported platform. Try refreshing. If it still doesn't work, send us the URL and we'll take a look.
