Terms of Service

Service Description

The Service helps cross-border e-commerce sellers optimize product pages using AI, including: extracting product data via a Chrome extension, generating optimized copy, diagnosing and enhancing product images, and saving optimization history. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change features, models, or plans shown on the pricing page without prior notice (paid entitlements already in effect are handled under these Terms).

Accounts and Trial Credits

You may sign in with Google or email magic link. New accounts receive 5 free trial credits (credited to the top-up pool, non-transferable). You are responsible for all activity under your account and must safeguard credentials and extension tokens. One person per account; no account sharing or credit resale.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Top-Ups

The Service uses a credit system. Paid options include monthly subscriptions and one-time top-up packs, processed by Creem.io. Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page, including but not limited to:

• Monthly subscriptions: Standard $19.9/mo (100 credits), Pro $49.9/mo (400 credits), Enterprise $99.9/mo (1000 credits)—subscription credits reset each billing cycle
• Top-up packs (active subscribers only): $9.9 for 40 credits, $23.9 for 100 credits—top-up credits do not expire
• Usage: 1 credit per successful copy optimization; 2 credits per successful AI enhancement or background edit; no charge for kept originals
• Deduction order: subscription credits first, then top-up credits; failed subtasks are not charged
• Upgrades: take effect immediately; subscription credits increase by the difference between tiers
• Downgrades: take effect at the next billing cycle with credits reset to the new tier allowance
• Cancellation: fees already paid are not automatically refunded; remaining credits (including top-ups) may be used until depleted, but subscription credits no longer reset monthly
• Credits are not redeemable for cash or transferable; we may adjust pricing or rules with notice on the website

User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for product copy, images, and other content you submit, and must have the legal right to use them without infringing third-party IP, privacy, or other rights
• Do not submit illegal, fraudulent, pornographic, violent, hateful, or malicious content
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, automate abuse, circumvent credit billing, or disrupt the Service
• Do not use AI output for false advertising or violations of target marketplace policies
• When using the Chrome extension, comply with target websites' terms of service and robots rules

AI-Generated Content

Output is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain factual errors, inappropriate wording, or policy conflicts. You must review, edit, and approve all output before publishing to Amazon, Shopify, or other channels. We make no warranty as to accuracy, legality, or commercial performance of AI output.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee increased sales, conversions, search rankings, or ad performance. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. Subject to your lawful ownership of inputs, AI-generated output is for your business use, but you must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights. Our software, UI, branding, and documentation remain our property and may not be copied or derived without permission.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Creem.io; you are also bound by their payment terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled in the customer portal. Except where required by law, used credits, started billing periods, and one-time top-ups are generally non-refundable. For billing disputes, contact support@aiproductpageoptimization.com first; we will assist within a reasonable time.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions, the above may not fully apply.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if we reasonably believe there is risk, without refund of fees paid. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. After termination, we handle your data per the Privacy Policy; unused credits are not cashed out except as required by law.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and update the date on this page. Material changes will be posted on the website; continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
